Job Description:

TXMile is looking for an experienced HR Compliance Manager to ensure our HR policies and practices are in compliance with local, state, and international regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations and will be responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and international employment laws.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on compliance matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compliance or a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
