Job responsibilities
- Manages, designs, and implements policies and procedures relating to a company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Ensures that inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards.
- Provides training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems.
- Provides counseling to employees in the program.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.
- Typically reports to top management.
- Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
1. Administrative Oversight:
- Manage and coordinate office operations, including reception, mail distribution, and supplies procurement.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productive work.
2. Staff Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and office-related matters.
3. Facilities Management:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office facilities are well-maintained.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruptions to daily operations.
- Oversee security protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
4. Team Leadership:
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
5. Budget Management:
- Monitor office expenditures and work within allocated budgets.
- Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.
6.Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
